The website at www.israelflowerdelivery.com (the “Website”) is owned by Israel Flower Delivery (“we/us”). As outlined in the Data Protection Act 1998, we are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our Website and complying with all applicable laws in the use of the information we collect about you.
By ticking the box on the order form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and confirm that the details of the order are correct. In addition, if your order includes alcoholic gifts, you are confirming that you and the recipient of the gift are over 18 years old. Please ensure that you have checked that the details of your order are correct (paying particular attention to delivery date and product quantities) prior to submitting your order as it may take some time to rectify mistakes once the order is placed.
Substitution policy: Due to various seasonal conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flower varieties or colours may not be available for delivery on a specified day.
In this event, our florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers of the same value. Similarly, some cakes may not be available fresh on the day of delivery and may have to be substituted.
Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund in case:
you decide to cancel your order for any reason;
you place a custom order with us (for example purchase of a wide-screen digital tv) which is simply not available in the market; or
you mistakenly place an order to go to a town or city which is out of our delivery range (i.e. our couriers and flower shops don’t operate there).
In the above cases your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the credit card/paypal account from which the order was originally placed. The amount of time it takes for your credit to show up on your bank statement depends on your bank.
Your satisfaction is our first and foremost priority. If you are not satisfied with any flower arrangement or a gift purchased through our web site, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.
Cancellation policy: Please give us at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you want to cancel any order. Once we receive your notice of cancellation we will either give you a refund or a store credit for the amount that you paid.
