DELIVERIES
If your order gets put in before 9am local time, the delivery can be carried out within the same day, in most parts of Israel (excluding very remote areas).
Every delivery strives to be carried out within the same day between the hours of 8am and 8pm, and also strives to be delivered on time, every time.
To have the greatest chances of your order being delivered on your selected date, we strongly advise placing your order at least 24 hours prior to the deadline.
The only exception holds to holidays and every Saturday where deliveries are not carried out and any orders that are placed on these days will be delivered the following day.

HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
The holidays are a busy time and orders tend to increase in these periods. It is an understandable notion that any deliveries for these dates will require a modicum of flexibility. It is due to this fact that we cannot ensure same-day delivery during:
Christmas
New Year’s Eve
Orthodox Christmas
Hanukkah
Sukkot
Peisakh
Women’s Day
Valentine’s Day
Easter

STANDARDS OF DELIVERY
As flowers are goods that will eventually perish, for the following three reasons, refunds will not be implemented to the customer:
1. The customer provided the incorrect or fake address.
2. The intended recipient no longer lives at the provided address.
3. The intended recipient does not accept the order.

DELIVERY TIMES
With the exception of religious holidays, all our deliveries are carried out during normal office hours and if requested, later hours.
In the off chance that the intended recipient is not present at the address at the time of delivery, we may choose to entertain two options:
1. The delivery will be left with a neighbor, with a note attached to the intended recipient’s door advising them where to pick up the delivery and who held the delivery for them.
2. A note will be attached to the intended recipient’s door advising them to call the shop and organize a better time for the attempted re-delivery.
Obviously if you have provided the incorrect address, or have given us the incorrect/incomplete contact details then you’re order may take a while to be completed. In everyone’s best interests, please double check that you have provided all the CORRECT details for a smooth and efficient delivery.
If your intended recipient happens to be at work most of the day (as most people are), then we advise you to organize the delivery to be carried out at the place of business.

To further speed along your request, please include your order number and best contact details.
If there are any issues concerning your existing orders, then you will be immediately notified via email to remedy the situation.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order number which is then assigned to a system number. This enable us to keep track of your delivery and its status until delivery. Once our couriers have delivered your order, you will receive a email confirming the delivery completion.
